With over a decade of experience in law enforcement, Said Abdulbari has honed a meticulous attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. These traits have seamlessly translated into his success in the short-term rental industry, where he has demonstrated exceptional operational and customer service skills.
A proud graduate of the University of Manitoba with a BA degree, Said transitioned into short-term rental hosting over two years ago, combining his analytical mindset with his passion for hospitality. Since then, he has achieved Superhost status, earned recognition as a “Guest Favorite,” and is ranked among the top 5% of all hosts in Calgary. His properties consistently receive glowing reviews for their thoughtful design, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Said’s ultimate goal has always been to create spaces that he would personally enjoy staying in—spaces that are inviting, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. Now, as a Co-Founder of 510 Property Management, Said leverages his diverse skill set to ensure every property under the company’s care exceeds owner and guest expectations. She has worked closely with builders throughout her career, gaining in-depth knowledge of the industry while delivering exceptional results in customer service, sales, and operational management.
Mariam’s career began in 2016, and she quickly rose through the ranks, taking on management roles where she led teams, mentored others, and oversaw key aspects of real estate operations, including new home sales, marketing, lease-ups, and service & warranty programs. Her ability to collaborate with builders and her commitment to exceeding client expectations have consistently driven success.
Mariam brings a fresh perspective and a results-driven mindset. Her extensive experience working with builders, paired with her dedication to excellence and customer-first approach, ensures that every property under management reflects the highest standards of service and quality.
