Full-Service Management

Commision Based Plan: 17% of the daily rate, with an additional 3% paid directly to airbnb. In short, owner keeps 80% of revenue collected

Owners are paid directly into their accounts after each guest checks in.
Cleaning fee is paid by the guest
Our service fees are billed at the end of the month.
